How we tailor your MICE trip charter

Our extensive experience has taught us that attention to detail can make a flight truly memorable. “It’s all about the little extras with MICE charters”, agrees Assistant Director for Commercial Jets, Marianne Irving. “We’ve arranged countless group charters for the industry and know that clients often want more than a standard aircraft to get the party from A to B.”
“We start by ascertaining when and where you want to fly, your budget and how many passengers are travelling”, Marianne says. “Then our team takes care of the rest, using our industry connections and expertise to source a range of aircraft that best suit your needs.
“Which aircraft we recommend depends on several factors like availability, price and size. One of the most popular options is the Boeing 737, a 62-seat VIP aircraft that’s arranged in a 2-2 configuration with plenty of legroom for each passenger. Depending on budget, I’d certainly recommend it to a client whisking their top performers away on an incentive trip.
Once the aircraft is confirmed, our dedicated flight service team comes to the fore. “Clients planning incentive trips often ask for custom branding as part of the charter,” says Marianne.
“From branded headrests and water bottles to deli bags, floor mats and crew scarves, our team can enhance any flight with customised items. We’ll even work with you to organise aircraft livery, as we did recently for a TV show launch. There were also people dressed as characters from the show on that particular flight, which made it really memorable.

Alicante is an ideal MICE destination offering plenty of things to do, several top-class golf courses and a range of hotels and restaurants.
Faro
Faro itself is more known for its quaint beaches and historic old town, but the airport’s location gives visitors access to plenty of prime MICE destinations in the Algarve region. The nearby congress centre is a leading venue for conferences and events, while for dining, you’re never too far away from an unassuming restaurant serving delicious fresh seafood.
Zurich
Zurich is Switzerland’s top spot for MICE trips, thanks to its famous shopping district and buzzing nightlife. Many of the city’s hotels have luxury suites and event spaces that are perfect for hosting small- to medium-sized events, while the convention centre’s famous gold-ceilinged music hall holds larger functions.
