Flying families to meet Santa in Lapland
In November 2022, a travel agency asked us to help fly a large group of families on a round-trip from Spain to meet Santa in Finnish Lapland. December is a period of especially high demand for visiting Lapland, with most flights booked well in advance, so we needed to use our industry relationships to find a suitable charter aircraft at such short notice.

Route: Madrid > Rovaniemi > Madrid
Aircraft: Boeing B737-800
Despite limited availability, our well-connected team managed to source a Boeing aircraft with enough space for the 200 customers and their luggage.
We maintained 24/7 communication with the client in the run-up to the outbound flight, accommodating several last-minute changes to the departure time and passenger list.

Personal Touches: We pulled out all the stops to make the outbound flight as magical as possible, giving passengers branded chocolates and Christmas hats as well as arranging festive onboard entertainment with characters including an elf and The Grinch.
Flight Representation: Our broker was on-hand at the airport to ensure the outbound flight departed without a hitch.
