Perhaps the most prestigious golf tournament in the world, the Masters Tournament (commonly known as ‘The Masters’) is the first major professional golf championship of the year, with the winner gaining a lifetime invitation along with automatic entry into the other three majors for the next five years.
Even though the tournament itself always takes place over four days (Thursday to Sunday) at the famous Augusta National Golf Club, there are several events that take place during the few days prior for spectators to enjoy, including the Par-3 tournament. Ensure you make your bookings well in advance to reserve your accommodation, airstrip space, and most importantly, a spot to spectate from on the greens.
We can arrange your private jet charter directly to Augusta Regional Airport, landing just minutes from the course.
Launched on a humble nine-hole course on Rhode Island back in 1895, the U.S. Open now boasts the biggest purse of the four majors. Hosted by a different course every year in the American summertime, the tournament’s notoriously difficult scoring places a premium on accurate driving. British players dominated the competition’s first 15 years, but since then it’s mainly been won by American-born golfers.
Wherever the U.S. Open is held, we can arrange your group or private jet charter to the nearest airport, minimising your time in transit so you can soak up more of the action.
Another golfing major, the PGA Championship is one of the more popular events on the golfing calendar. The tournament was formerly played in mid-August on the third weekend before Labor Day weekend and served as the fourth and final men's major of the golf season. However, that changed in 2019 when the tournament moved to May and played the weekend before Memorial Weekend, serving as the second major in the golf season.
It’s played at various U.S. venues, with recent hosts including Hazeltine National in Minnesota, Quail Hollow in North Carolina and Whistling Straits in Wisconsin. The winner lifts the famous Wanamaker Trophy, which is named after the businessman who founded the groundbreaking tournament and weighs a whopping 27 pounds.

Dating back to 1860, the Open Championship (often referred to as The Open or the British Open) is the world’s oldest golfing tournament and the original major. Held during the British summertime, the uniquely challenging event rotates between a select few venues across Britain every year. It is usually played on a links-style course, including St. Andrews, Carnoustie and Royal Birkdale, which favours more accurate golfers off the tee.
The tournament is named ‘The Open’ because, in theory, it is open to both professional and amateur golfers. In practice, the event is a professional tournament in which a small number of the world's leading amateurs also play, by invitation or qualification.
